Nope. Just get in touch and we'll resize it for you. You only pay the size difference plus return shipping. Depending on the size change, bead size may also be updated to suit.

Yes! Our Custom Beaded Keychain can be made in the same colours as your collar. The perfect set. Or design your own - mix any of our 24 colourways however you like.

Use a soft tape measure or string around the widest part of their neck, add enough room for two fingers to fit comfortably under the collar. Check our size guide for more help.

We offer three bead sizes - Petite, Medium and Classic. Petite is best for cats and tiny breeds. Medium suits smaller dogs like Dachshunds, Pugs and Miniature Schnauzers. Classic is our most popular size and suits most dogs including Cavoodles, Frenchies, Kelpies and larger breeds. The product page will suggest a size based on your pet type and neck size - but it's always your call.

Yes! Our Petite bead size suits cats from 20cm. Cat collars come with a safety breakaway buckle. If you need something smaller contact us and we'll sort something out.

Every order right now is a pre-order. We're producing this batch by hand, and it ships from early September. You'll get a shipping confirmation email the moment it's on its way - no need to follow up in the meantime.

If your order arrives damaged get in touch straight away with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll assess and do our best to make it right.

As every collar is made to order we don't accept returns or exchanges. However we never want anyone left with a collar that doesn't fit - if you've ordered the wrong size get in touch and we'll resize it for you. You'll just cover the size difference and return shipping. Please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and return it in its original packaging.
