Measure the neck, not the collar
Wrap a soft tape measure — or shoelace, string, cord, whatever's on hand — around your dog's actual neck, where the collar sits. That's the only measurement that's accurate.

Wrap it around the widest part of the neck, where the collar will actually sit.

Slip two fingers underneath for comfortable room. Not tight, not loose.

Note the number in cm, then select it from the size dropdown when you order — it maps straight to the right bead size for your dog.
