Resizes & returns
As every collar is made to order, we don't offer returns or exchanges. But we'll never leave you with a collar that doesn't fit — if you've ordered the wrong size, get in touch and we'll resize it for you.
You'll just cover the size difference and return shipping. Please get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order, and return it in its original packaging.
